Screen printing, historically known as silk screening, is by far the most popular and commonly used t-shirt decorating technique. Screen printing requires setting up a screen or stencil for each color that will be used in the design. Because of the setup lower quantities can be slightly higher priced than DTG but with high quantity orders screen printing is the cheapest way to print your t-shirts.

Artwork requirements:
- File types: .jpg, .gif, .ai, .png, .psd, .tiff, .psd
- Resolution: Preferred 300 dpi with image at correct print size

Screen print policies:
- 2% allowable waste rate on customer supplied garments
- 7 - 10 business day standard turn around
- Pricing for 1 design, 1 print location on shirt
